Dear Kid's Cup Golfer:
Thank you for your commitment to participate in the 2012 Kid's Cup Golf Event.
A reminder that individual golfers are asked to raise $500 in pledges (or $2,000 per foursome). In turn, our sponsors pay for your golf/cart, meals, and transportation, in addition to providing a commemorative warm-up jacket and balls/tees. 100% of the money raised from your pledges goes directly to Mayo Clinic Children's Center in Rochester and Olmsted Medical Center Infant and Prenatal Care.
Golfers should plan on arriving at Willow Creek Golf Course by 6:15 a.m. on Monday, May 21st to enjoy an early morning breakfast and receive instructions for the day, including your starting course and hole assignments. Transportation will be provided between courses throughout the day. Lunch will be provided and will be served at Soldier's Field Golf Course beginning at 11:30 a.m. and continuing until all golfers have eaten. After a full day of golf, we will reconvene at Willow Creek around 5:30 p.m. for Hors d'oeuvres, prize presentations, completion of the raffle drawings, and a program featuring some of the children we're helping.
If you wish to turn in your pledges before the event and pick up your clothing gift and balls/tees, there will be an Early Pledge Turn-In on Thursday, May 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Express Employment Professional's Regional Training Center located at 2518 North Broadway, Rochester. You are also welcome to turn in your pledges on the morning of the event at Willow Creek Golf Course.
